Function:
The shutIT sensor is designed to monitor remote boundary gates and provide an alert when opened.
Specification:
The standard cable length is 6m. If a different length is required please advise at the time of purchase.
Installation:
Use the provided brackets to attach the sensor to the gate supporting post. Attach the included magnet to the gate near the sensor unit. Use the switch on the side of the sensor unit to optimise the magnet location – gate closed = light on, gate open = light off. Once optimised secure the magnet using epoxy resin. Ensure that the antenna is secure and in the vertical position. The sensor will become active within 12hrs of installation.
